California Privacy Notice

In accordance with the California Consumer Protection Act of 2018 (CCPA)

This privacy notice applies to residents of the State of California. The information in this notice supplements that which is included in our main Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

Categories of information we collect

We collect certain information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer. This information is referred to as "personal information". Personal information does not include publicly available information or information that is de-identified or aggregated.

Your Rights and Choices

The CCPA provides consumers with rights regarding their personal information. These rights are outlined below and additional information can be found in our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

  • You have the right to know what personal information we have collected, used and retained about you.
  • You have the right to request that we provide you with a copy of your personal information
  • You have the right to request that we delete your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights you can contact us on privacy@integrative9.com. Your request should provide sufficient information for us to verify that you are the person about whom we collected the personal information, or an authorized representative. You should also provide sufficient detail about your request so that we are able to understand and respond to it. Once we have received your verifiable request, we will respond within 45 days or notify you otherwise.

Non-Discrimination

You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights under the CCPA. You will not be denied goods or services, provided a different quality or level of service or charged different prices.

Selling Personal Information

We do not sell any personal information.

We may make changes to this privacy notice from time to time. We encourage you to review the notice periodically or when you use our products, to stay informed of any updates or changes.
